About Super Chef Academy

We teach kids healthy eating by getting them into the kitchen and involved in their own fun, age-appropriate cooking projects. Note that the kitchen is set up for only one class at a time, to provide students with a more comfortable environment and more engagement time with instructors.

Super Chef Academy is free to attend; however you are responsible for your own transportation to and from North Centennial Recreation and Leisure Facility at 90 Sinclair Street. Some ideas include walking or arranging a divisional school bus or private bus service.

“Our favourite field trip to date! Hands-on and very interesting, students were excited to cook real food and thrilled to get a cookbook to take home with all the recipes we made at Super Chef Academy.”

“A really well organized, well thought out program designed to help children see themselves as capable in the kitchen, with an emphasis on healthy foods.”
